It can get chaotic, but it's not as enjoyable as it was before with past games. Also, the combat for me is lacking a little. Yes, the game looks great, but gameplay wise, the new gadgets haven't done it for me.
So far, it hasn't been exciting as when I went through Going Commando or UYA.

I've been a fan of the series for a while and I think I'm probably 75% done with this game. I was able to grab Ratchet and Clank: ToD for $15 a while back and I've been playing it now.

Is anyone else having this problem, or is it just me?įor my next game expensive game ($50+, I usually spend like $30ish or less on games since I just got my PS3 2 months ago), I think it will be between this game or Infamous. For some weird reason the Ratchet and Clank: A Crack In Time trophies don't show up on the Playstation website, although every other game shows up. My neighbor likes going to the Playstation website and seeing the trophies that I get. So, yeah, I'm still loving this game.Įdit: Almost forgot. I believe I completed every planet in the first and second sectors, and I believe all I have left is the second tournament and the place I'm going to now if that's the end of the game that is. It reminded me of trying to find treasure in Uncharted, and I just loved that. Finding the few Zoni I had left was simple, but finding the bolts were kind of complicated. I have a feeling I'm close to the end, so today I went back to some planets I had previously gone to to find stuff that I missed. I like when games take a while to complete. I have over 12 hours in the game, and I have yet to finish it.

I'm bitching but I had tons of fun with this little demo, I can't wait to receive the full game. I only use L1 to view the surrounding or to aim with the sniper rifle (but then it makes sense to slow Ratchet down). As a result I barely use this view to shoot stuff, it's a shame because it's more impressive this way. I also wish pressing L1 wouldn't slow Ratchet that much. For example, you could activate the boots with R2, and instead of pressing R2+square to throw the wrench you could simply press O, who wants to shoot with O when you can press R1? We're not in the PSone era anymore, why bother with some old control legacy like that? Tons of fun though, the super boots are pretty awesome but I would I could activate them with R2 or circle (or maybe 元?), I find it annoying to have release the left stick for something that is supposed to give me a speed boost. Maybe Acton is right with the 30fps stuff :lol Home Sweet Home, the personal space. The Ratchet demo looks awesome, but fuck, there's way too much slowdown. There was also a shop that offered players a variety of merchandise based upon the game, including the personal space, clothing and furniture. Many of these awarded the player with various unlockable rewards. The Firing Range sub-space also included past, present and future versions of the Artillery shooting mini-game. The mini-games in the public space included Gadgetron HQ, where players were able to explore the world of Ratchet & Clank, a multiplayer shooter called Skunk Works, and Escaped Sheep. Both were released on the 15 October 2009 in the West, and the 19 November 2009 in Japan and Asia. The other space, Home Sweet Home, was a private space designed as a space station. Time Travelers, the main public space, contained many interactive activities and mini-games. To coincide with the release of A Crack in Time, two spaces based on the game were released for PlayStation Home. The game continues the Future storyline that began in Tools of Destruction. It is known simply as Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time in PAL regions, and Ratchet & Clank Future 2 in Japan. Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time is 2009 a platformer developed by Insomniac Games for PlayStation 3.
